In total, they have different areas – 101 different tips – that begin with a telling headline. This is followed by a well-written and clear statement about the content and three new headings where different levels of leaders get their own suggestions: executive, mid-level and supervisory level. And finally, also a crosswalk in importance for the other five main areas.
The book is well written, easy to read and has fantastic headlines that stick. It has sections that are creative and there really is something for everyone. A book that all leaders should read and have on their Bookshelf. Or as one of the tips says, tip 43, about culture: Your people need to see their own success in your vision. The book, can be used immediately to create better.
